  1. Enrolment & Admission

1.1 Admission is subject to availability and completion of all required forms and supporting documents.
1.2 The school reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.
1.3 All information provided by parents/guardians must be accurate and complete.

2. Fees & Payments

2.1 All fees are payable in advance, as per the school’s fee structure.
2.2 Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.
2.3 Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.4 Failure to pay fees may result in termination of enrolment.

3. Attendance & Conduct

3.1 Parents must ensure regular attendance and punctuality.
3.2 Learners are expected to follow all school rules, policies, and codes of conduct.
3.3 Disruptive or harmful behaviour may result in disciplinary action.

4. Health & Safety

4.1 Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
4.2 The school may seek emergency medical assistance if necessary, and all associated costs remain the parent’s responsibility.
4.3 Sick learners must be kept at home to protect the health of others.

5. Property & Liability

5.1 The school is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
5.2 While all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure safety, the school is not liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents beyond its control.

6. Communication

6.1 Parents agree to receive communication via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or school notices.
6.2 It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure contact details remain updated.

7. POPIA & Privacy

7.1 The school collects and processes personal information only for educational, administrative, and safety purposes.
7.2 Information is stored securely and will not be shared without consent, except where required by law.
7.3 Additional consent will be requested for images or videos used for marketing or social media (see Media Consent Form).

8. Termination of Enrolment

8.1 Parents must give written notice (typically 30 days) when withdrawing a learner.
8.2 The school may terminate enrolment for non-payment, misconduct, or breach of terms.

9. Amendments

9.1 The school reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions.
9.2 Parents will be notified of any material changes.
